Saddle Stitching

Saddle stitching is a binding method where folded papers are nested inside each other and then stitched (or stapled) together at the fold.

This is ideal for workbooks, catalogs, promotional books, event programs, notebooks, booklets, coloring books, instruction manuals, and other smaller publications.

Saddle stitching is an affordable option for quick and easy binding. To create a saddle stitched booklet, the pages of the book are fed into a machine where a long spool of wire is stitched through the pages, then cut and bent to create "staples" that bind the pages together. Once the pages are bound, the edges of the pages are then trimmed to create a smooth, professionally bound booklet.

Please Note: To prep your file for a Saddle Stitched book, the page count must be in increments of 4 pages.
